I find that my daughters poop doesnt always change colors. But good golly when she eats carrots or sweet potatoes her poop the next day is orange. Its actually kind of funny!!

I freaked out the first time my daughter had her first solid poop, i thought it wasn't normal for them to do that yet! so soon, she was only 2 months. but the pediatrician said it was from switching her formula.

It is good to know what is going on in their diapers; especially when they have changed into eating solids big change from a liquid diet . I always keep a look out in my girls diaper just to make sure everything is ok.

My doctor told me it's fine to start solids before 6 months if the baby is asking for more than just formula. I did with my baby and he loved it. He is thriving. :)

Starting our twins on first foods brought about somewhat shocking BM's. The peas went in and out looking the same, but the frequency of the BM's was a little hard to adjust to. The solid foods really regulates their bodies.
