this article was very helpful i lie the idea of setting a timer for cleaning and still allowing time for books etc. i also like the idea of a chest that mathes my livingroom decor instead of bright red toy box...in babys room its ok but i like to relax in living room and have worked hard on my decor

My baby boy is already 15 months and he loves being in every room in the house. Thankfully a have an indoor dog that eats everything he drops, so that helps with the cleaning. But yes it takes time to keep a house clean especially with a wild one running around.

As a mom of identical twin girls this will come in handy especially since they are crawling and going everywhere now but I disagree with the tip about putting multiple sheets on the crib because if your baby wets through there diapers as mine have done a few times then your stuck washing all the sheets instead of one!

As a mom of 4 kids ages 6 and under, those sticky little hands get all over everything! Even if you send them to the bathroom to wash their hands, the light switches, door knobs, etc all get dirty. I love, love the huggies one and done wipes. They stay true to their name!! Once the kids' hands are clean, they begin their chore packs and help mom clean! I also have a cleaning schedule that I have kept to for years now. That way everything things cleaned from the ceiling to the baseboards every week. Now that the kids are little older they are big helpers.

The clean o'clock portion is an excellent idea. I will have to incorporate that into my morning routine. With a 3 month old and a 9 yr old that goes to school, I was finding it almost impossible to set a decent cleaning schedule.
