metamucil is the only thing that helped me when I had a slowed digestive system during my pregnancy. Oh, and flatulence is very very common during this time because of this.

Walking after meals has really helped. My Dr. also gave me a great softener that has worked wonders. Also saoking I have found very helpfull!!

my prenatals made me very...slow. i found that walking (20-30 minutes) in the afternoon helped out a lot

My doctor prescribed antacids & a stool softener. I was a little embarrassed but quickly got over it. I started to feel better and the discomfort lessened. Don't be afraid of talking to your doctor & asking for help with relieving digestive problems.
