Surviving a Road Trip with a Toddler

Someone joked that preparing to fly with a baby is like preparing for battle, only it isn’t a joke, it’s the absolute truth. And just like battle, sometimes you win, and sometimes, despite your very best efforts…you lose. Bad.

Good tips. We always take along a portable dvd player. It keeps the peace in the car.

I have a 40 hour trip this summer with our son. I have been stressed beyond belief trying to figure out what to pack to entertain him with! Coloring books have been a life saver for our shorter trips- hoping they don't fail me now!
