Great article!! I like that it outlines many examples of healthy foods for both me and my growing baby. I like how the snacks are really quick to make; such as stuffed veggies. Great for on the go.

I found that when I felt faint I would have a glass of Gatorade and eat a salty snack, which would help replenish vitamins that you lose as a pregnant woman.
