I found this article very well-balanced and sensible. Listening to the body is really important (i.e. needing to sleep), however, we must also ensure that we are getting good nutrition and exercise too!

It's nice to know I'm not the only one going to bed early. I have naps during the day, and I'm hoping to start prenatal yoga!
