This was a great article. It had some great ideas on how to improve my energy level and I really liked the idea of "no more than two tasks a day". I've found that I plan too many "jobs" for my day and when I don't complete them (who really know what the day will bring with a newborn) I feel discouraged and that I didnt complete anything. I will try to limit myself to two daily task which is much more manageable.
