well i have a little one he is 22 months, i know that i want give him some choice what he eats. i like to give him the choice of an after lunch or supper snack but only if he has had enough to eat for the main meal witch he has no choice in. i do not make 2 meals. only 1

Thank you for the article. I have noticed too that my one year old now wont eat anything she used to love. she has become sooo incredibly picky its hard to find anything else to give her. I am very happy to hear that at this age its pretty normal and i will try to let her pick what she wants to eat.
I have noticed that texture is a big factor right now, anything chewy is a no go for this little one.
