Great ans simple read!! Definately provided me with reassurance that when something around the house int in tip top shape, or not fitting into per pregnancy clothes right away, or being in a crabby tired mood that I'm not alone and not just being lazy, that its ll part of the "fourth trimester" every new mom goes through!!

Reading these articles has help me realized that I am not alone, that I need to care for myself in order to properly care for my baby.
Also not to be in a rush to fit into my pre-pregnancy cloths.

I really liked this article. Not only did it teach me how to relax and take time for myself, but reminded me to take time for my partner as well :)
