It is easier to have dad start while they are newborn. They hardly smell at this point. He can build up himself for those crazy toddler diapers later. Taking care of your child is a team effort!

Dad pitches in with so much around the house, both relating to baby and not. He might not do 50% of the diaper changes, but he's a great dad regardless. This article is a bit silly - will dad get tricked into changing diapers? No, but he'll help out if he's asked.

Being that we have 4 children my hubby is a diaper changing expert. We take turns, or one is doing diaper, and the other making bottles... Team work, diaper changing is not a job it is a responsibility that both mother and father are obligated to do.. Whether your willing or not, the poop will come.

Some dads will never help even with reverse psychology, a cool bag, or even being blunt. That's my husband. Oh well, at least I know it's getting done right cause I'm the one doing it.

I feel so lucky to have a husband that will help me with changing the diapers. I asked him after we found out I was pregnant if he'd change the diapers on our baby. and he told he would. it made me very delighted

I did not think about getting a bag for the hubby. I think that with us having a girl I will try to get him a bag that will work for him.

It sounds silly to get a bag that daddy will enjoy too (not just the pink frilly kind for your sweet princess) but it works! I asked my wife to change the bag to something less girly and she did. Now I have no reservations about taking our baby girl AND the bag

My husband actually had to teach me how to diaper our baby. With nieces and nephews, I would always gladly give them to their parent for that duty. I suppose paybacks are yet to come.

I had a diaper bag but it was pink and dad would not carry it. Not even to the car! but then when I got him an Eddie Bauer designer diaper bag he showed it off like it was his truck. It definitely helped him up his game.
