There are some very good ideas for snacks on the go when you are pregnant. I like th fruit with yogurt or cottage cheese and fruit. The celery and peanut butter is a good snack too and it provides protein for energy.

Good article - it is nice to remember that snacking is an extremely important and healthy part of pregnancy as long as you choose the right options that are packed with essential vitamins and minerals for baby - not just empty calories! Thanks Huggies!

a little helpful. i do have trouble with finding healthy snacks that i'm actually in the mood to eat. since my pregnancy began its been difficult having an appetite for most foods. maybe i can always come back to this list nd see what sounds best, like use it as a snack menu. quesadillas sound best on there :)

Sipmly love this article!!! It has so many new snack ideas I didn't know about. I try to eat a lot better now and focus on the healthy snacks. One of my favorite is the whole grain Quesadilla with sliced tomato and only a bit cheese in it to make everything stick together. Delicious! Next time I'll try it with beans :) I am excited!

These are great items to eat if you have a snack attack. My wife likes to get dried fruits like banans, apples. They dont take up much room and with a ziplock bag fit in her purse. You can take them with you almost anywhere and have them when you have a snack attack.

Snacks are so necessary for the mom to be. I found it helpful to eat several protein packed mini snacks each day. Nuts are a great snack satisfier,as well as fruit and cheese.
