Great article. I'm in my first trimester and sleepy all the time. I plan to start walking daily soon to keep in shape as best as I can.

Even when the doctor doesn't even know, but you know that you are pregnant, it is an experience that you will enjoy even though your family are jerks towards you, don't let it get to you because they'll be jerks even to their significant other as well. Even being nauseous feeling will pass but certain smells will always make you feel nauseous no matter what. You also will become hypersensitive to certain things even your moisture from your skin gets taken straight to the baby/babies so, be prepared that life is a bumpy road and we all have to deal with whatever comes our way even if we ladies are pregnant.

Exercise and lots of movement in general get the blood and oxygen flowing. Sunlight has vitamin D, which can help when you are feeling down sometimes about yourself.
