With my hubbys and mine first daughter everything was a family affair from bathing and dressing to potty training, with cheerleading. My youngest doesnt get that because one has to be with other kids so its like special mommy or daddy time. I loved doing the sink for my youngest the best and her favorite toy? A wooden spoon and she would use like an oar.

I think it is also important to have everything ready for their bath beforehand so you don't take your eyes off of the baby for a minute!
