Just try and remain calm before your delivery. It is hard to do-I speak from experience, but if you stress yourself out, not only are you affecting yourself, but also the baby.

This is such a great article for mom's like me who is a busy person, just following all this guidelines on how to get ready and prepare for the coming of my little one. it saves more time for me to think of the things that i need to get it done. I'm an ocd mom so i know this will work easily well for me. thanks for the tips ;)
