I know my in-laws are just in love with their grandkids. My 5yr old son is from a previous marriage but they've been in his life since 2 1/2. So they are gma and gpa. My fiance (their only child) is a well rounded man. Family first and always works hard.... We have a 20 month lil crazy daughter. My mother in law seems to always want to compete with me about what words she now says. I teach my daughter the proper words for instance for food I'll ask " Jahnae, quieres comer?" ( spanish for -"do you want to eat ?") and she will answer yes or her bratty little NNNooooo!! If that is totally not what she wants. HA.On the other hand my mother in law asks her if she want "mmmumm-mmmmummm". At first i just thought she was saying momma... but then my fiance said thats what his mother says for food. Any tips on how I can ask her to just use proper words? I understand she is a toddler, but they are very smart. But back to the point they over-spoil the kids, my father in law hates to say no, so after a night at grannys house they come home super bratty and it just gets so stressful. AAhhhh venting session !
