This is a very great article! These are things we do anyway, but in this day and age where people look down on baby talk its nice to hear the other side of it.

This is great ideas, I always talk & teach my son when he picks up things, points or even looks at things weirdly but I never thought about being a narrator. This will help my son better understand the way I do things for him while he watches me.

This helps a lot actually! My baby just turned one and all she says that we can understand is momma, Dada, no, yeah, uhuh, and baba. I'm trying to teach sign language to communicate better but she's too preoccupied by her toys or the dog.

My son says bye bye. Every morning I leave to go to work or school my husband and I tell him bye bye Brady when we leave him at the sitters. Now when my husband leaves he says bye bye dada and vice versa.
